What if I do not know the stitch count?+
Use the size calculator. Choose Name, A6, A5, A4 or A3 and we will estimate the embroidery using that size tier. Final production pricing is confirmed after artwork review.
Can I upload a DST file?+
Yes. The order form accepts DST files as well as common artwork formats. If you know the stitch count from your digitised file, select the stitch-count pricing option.
Can we repeat a previous corporate logo?+
That is a core part of the platform direction. Approved artwork, dimensions and placement can be retained so repeat orders are faster and more consistent.
